N.B. Please check the timings carefully. Each group should rehearse in the theatre so the technical crew knows what lighting and sound are required and the stage crew can work out stands (and in rare cases seating arrangements).

Each rehearsal will include a register of attendees, if you are not present it makes it harder for you to take an effective part in the concert and also makes it more difficult for the rest of the ensemble.
